What is the calculation based on?
On a published model for estimating VO2max without exercise, from the HUNT study (Nes et al., 2011). The calculation is a deterministic function: the same answers always give the same result. No language model is involved in the number.
Is this a medical test?
No. It's an informational, wellness-oriented estimate. It is neither a diagnosis nor medical advice, and no clinical data is asked of you: no blood pressure, no lab work, no document to upload.
How much does it cost?
The quiz is free. Your detailed result opens with a free 3 days trial, then the subscription is $19.99 per month (or annual), cancelable in three clicks before the trial ends and after.
How accurate is the result?
The model carries a margin of about ±5 years, shown next to the number. That's why the product emphasizes change over time rather than the absolute value of a single measurement.
What happens to what I declare?
Your answers are encrypted and hosted in the European Union. They are never stored in your browser. You can export them or delete your account at any time, which truly erases the rows.
